| 1. All advertisements placed
on USLandlord.com are in the form of sponsorships administered by
AmerUSA Services. CPC or CPM programs are not offered at this time.
2. Licensed advertising agencies
receive a 15% discount or commission, whichever is preferred, as the
campaign is billed.
3. Payment is due prior to campaign
start date. The following payment methods are accepted: Visa,
MasterCard, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Business & Personal
Checks.
4. An advertiser's artwork and content
must be approved by US Landlord. US Landlord reserves the right to
reject artwork for any reason.
5. An advertiser may not offer for sale
or sell an item or service to any buyer in a jurisdiction where the
item, service, or terms of the sale violate applicable laws or
regulations.
6. An advertiser may not link content
or images to an ad on USLandlord.com that are obscene, offensive,
harmful to minors, invasive of anyone’s privacy, or otherwise
inappropriate.
7. US Landlord cannot be held
responsible for delays in starting, continuing or ending an ad
campaign if the cause is by an act of god, power outage,
internet failure, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, work slow-down or
any condition beyond the control of US Landlord.
8. US Landlord reserves the right to
change or modify these guidelines at anytime.
